Local & Organic
We take pride in the abundance of fresh, organic produce yielded by our local farms and local community at large. We continually seek opportunities to broker relationships with more local sources of produce.
All juices are cold-pressed, meaning no produce is heated and broken down to be juiced. Instead, it is slowly ground and then pressed at a cold temperature and juiced. The process is truly remarkable, as slower cycle produce a higher yield of juice, better flavor, and greater nutritional value. See pictures of the process!
Raw & Unpasteurized
Each bottle of juice undergoes HPP (high-pressure processing). This form of processing allows the juice to remain raw and unpasteurized, while removing harmful bacteria and extending shelf-life. This is what allows us to ship our juices virtually anywhere in the country.
